1. What the website provides
GP Autohaus is an independent auto sales, leasing and vehicle brokerage company. We help drivers find vehicles to buy or lease, compare options, explore financing choices, and handle transaction paperwork. Our VIP service includes personal guidance and support through the process. Vehicles are offered by the seller or lessor identified in the transaction documents. A listing, advertisement, estimate, or inquiry response is informational and is not by itself a binding offer, purchase agreement, lease, financing approval, or promise that a vehicle is available.
The website Terms do not establish an agency, fiduciary, or broker-client relationship. Any brokerage engagement must be separately agreed in writing and must include the disclosures and terms required by California law. GP Autohaus will provide only services it is legally authorized and properly licensed to provide.
2. Vehicle listings, prices, and availability

A vehicle is not reserved for you unless GP Autohaus or the seller confirms the reservation in writing and any required agreement or payment has been completed. Do not rely on a listing or online estimate as the final vehicle condition report, financing term, lease payment, residual value, or total cost.
3. Vehicle purchases, leases, and financing referrals
GP Autohaus helps customers arrange vehicle purchases and leases through sellers, dealers, lessors, and financing sources. The seller, lessor, lender, and any broker identified in the applicable written agreements are responsible for their respective transaction obligations. A purchase, lease, or brokerage transaction becomes binding only through the applicable written agreement signed by the parties. Those agreements and required disclosures control over inconsistent website content. Review them carefully, including the vehicle identification number, price, taxes and fees, down payment, financing or lease terms, mileage limits, wear standards, warranties, cancellation rights, and return or delivery conditions.
Credit or lease applications and approvals are subject to the independent decisions of the lender, lessor, or other financing source. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, GP Autohaus does not promise approval, a particular rate, payment, trade-in value, delivery date, or acceptance of a vehicle. Do not send Social Security numbers, driver-license images, bank details, or other sensitive financial information through ordinary email or an unsecured website form.
