This California Privacy Notice supplements the GP Autohaus Inc. Privacy Policy. It is written for the website at gpautohaus.com. It describes California privacy rights to the extent the CCPA applies to GP Autohaus and the relevant information.

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and may ask for additional information needed to process the request. We will not ask you to provide more sensitive information than reasonably necessary to verify the request.
4. Sale, sharing, and sensitive information choices
If GP Autohaus sells or shares personal information as those terms are defined by California law, California residents may opt out using the “Your Privacy Choices” or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on the website. We will process opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required. If GP Autohaus uses or discloses sensitive personal information beyond permitted purposes, it will provide the required right-to-limit mechanism.
